lyrics
Trickling off my fingers as I grazed her cheek.
Covered the people
Alone and meek.
I sat there staring into her eyes.
They were blinding, as if the rain were showing me her lies.
They were blinding
There's tragedy that comes with rain
But more so, beauty.
As the warm waters engulfed us
I cherish what as become us.
From roses growing
To water lifting
I see what the rain has become of us.
Old and dried up.
Just like the flowers bloom.(just like the flowers bloom)
I sat there staring into her eyes.
They were blinding, as if the rain were showing me her lies. There's tragedy that comes with rain.
Trickling off my fingers as I grazed her cheek.
Covered the people
I sat there staring into her eyes.
They were blinding, as if the rain were showing me her lies.

definetely one of my favourite bm projects lately, love the synth elements. makes you remember how amazing, but terrifying, space really is :) scumdrug

I was always intrigued by this group's choice of album covers, it isn't every day that you see high quality space photos in this genre despite the rise of "cosmic" black metal. But the music blew me away, this sounds like Austere took the atmospheric spacey route. (I will assume it's a coincidence that both bands are Australian) porcelainheart-
Screamo, post-rock, and a little black metal meld together for Virginia quartet Infant Island's signature immersive and melancholy sound. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 28, 2020
